PURPOSE:To make improvements in split accuracy by detecting the amount of granule residual quantity in a vibrating feeder, while operating oscillation frequency keeping exciting force constant according to the residual, and making the oscillation frequency of the vibrating feeder so as to be adjusted. CONSTITUTION:A quantity of granules left behind in a vibrating feeder is detected by a mass sensor 10 and inputted into a central processing unit 12 which calculates a main voltage V corresponding to mass M for keeping exciting force of the vibrating feeder constant, transmitting it to a frequency converter 14. This converter 14 converts this output voltage signal into oscillation frequency, outputting it to a vibrator drive circuit 15, and a vibrator 16 is driven. With this constitution, split feeding accuracy is improvable.
