PURPOSE:To perform high-degree filtration treatment without addition of an installation by arranging both a circulation circuit of raw liquid wherein a tank of the raw liquid, a filter, a feed pump, a cooler are provided and a tank of filtrate on a movable pedestal. CONSTITUTION:A precision ultrafilter provided with both a circulation circuit of raw liquid consisting of tank 4 of raw liquid, a supply pipe 6, a pump 10, a cooler 16, a precision filter 2, a reflux pipe 8 and a tank 12 of filtrate connected via a filtrate pipe 14 is arranged and fixed on a pedestal 38 fitted casters 36. By such a way, it is freely transferred and filtration treatment can be performed without connecting an additional installation. Further steam sterilization and backwash can be performed by connecting a steam sterilization line 40, and furthermore by connecting between the tank 12 and the precision filter 2 with a backwash line 44 and discharging one part of filtrate to the tank 2 with a pump 46.
