PURPOSE:To permit secure adhesion of an optical disk having air sandwich structure with good productivity by forming only the parts, which face a spacer, of substrates having guide grooves for optical recording into a half-cured tack free state without completely curing said part, then integrating the substrates by using an adhesive agent of a UV curing type. CONSTITUTION:A mask having the UV transmissivity ranging 20-80% range is put on the parts which face a spacer for constructing the air sandwich structure, except the guide grooves, in a stage for coating a UV curing resin for 2P on a stamper, superposing the substrates and compression plates to roll the resin, and projecting UV rays thereon to form the guide grooves for optical recording. The UV rays re then projected to completely cure the parts of the guide grooves and to half cure the parts facing the spacer to the tack-free state; in succession, the spacer is adhered and integrated onto the UV curing resin in the half cured state by using the adhesive agent of the UV curing type to constitute the air sandwich structure. The substrates and the spacer are thereby easily and securely adhered without necessitating treatments in the later stages.
