PURPOSE:To be able to minimize the influence of the accuracy of a distance between peripheral grooves around a shaft, by enabling outer races to be disposed in a state of interposing a spring member employed for pre-loading between one outer race and an engaging part as well as arbitrarily setting the pre-load of the spring member. CONSTITUTION:Outer races 3 and 4 of bearings set around a shaft 2 via balls 6 are so arranged as to be positioned at both axial ends of an engaging part 8a. A spring member 5 is disposed between one outer race of two outer races 3 and 4, namely, upper outer race 3 and the engaging part 8a of a holder 8. By defining the outer diameter of two outer races in this manner, balls 6, upper and lower outer races 3 and 4 and the spring member 5 can be attached within the holder 8 in a state of being set to the shaft 2. Accordingly, a distance between peripheral grooves formed around a shaft can thus be formed roughly without any high accuracy.
