PURPOSE:To equilibrate loads of concentrated type heat supplying equipments and to efficiently work the equipments by automatically supplying heat to a hot water storage tank from the concentrated heat supply equipments according to the reservations of residents. CONSTITUTION:When such information that hot water within a hot water storage tank 3 is desired to be supplied to a bathtub 8 at a certain time in the future, is inputted from an in-house information terminal 13 of each house, a central control unit 12 calculates whether or not there is a calorific value enough for supplying from concentrated type heat supply equipments and the reservation condition of respective houses, and makes up a hot water supply pattern for carrying out an automatic hot water supply from the concentrated type heat supply equipments 4 through a medium and perform the transmission of the heat medium of a high temperature in priority from the equipment 4 to the hot water storage tank 3 of the house A which has made the reservation. Thus, water 7 within the hot water storage tank 3 of the house A is warmed and it becomes possible to supply hot water to the bathtub 8. On the other hand, the in-house information terminal 13 opens or closes an automatic hot water supply valve for supplying hot water to the bathtub in accordance with the reservation conditions of hot water supply whereby hot water enough for bathing can be supplied up to the reserved time. |
