PURPOSE:To attain case of assembling by forming a case accommodating a yoke by a ring frame and a couple of plates, bonding the circumferential part of a couple of dampers to both vertical end faces of the ring frame and fixing the cover and damper to the ring frame by the fixing member. CONSTITUTION:The case 1 consists of a torus ring frame 1a and two plates 2, 3 bonded to both vertical end faces. A step 4 is formed to nearly the entire circumference of both the vertical end faces in the frame 1a and deep steps 5 are formed at an interval of 90 deg. in the circumferential direction to be mated to the both vertical end faces of the mount part 6. The plates 2, 3 are engaged with the step 4, a projection 11 engaged with the step 5 is provided and fixed to a hole of the mount 6. A yoke 13 provided with the torus magnet 12 is held elastically in the case 1 by a couple of dampers 14. The dampers 14 are fixed to the step 5 of the frame 1a at an interval of 90 deg. by fitting the projection of the outer circumference together with the plates 2, 3. Moreover, a voice coil 25 is provided to the opening 3a of the plate 3. Thus, the assembling is facilitated.
