PURPOSE:To rapidly and surely detect an oil leakage even in a slight amount by fitting a rubber accommodating vessel of an inverted truncated cone shape and swelling rubber pieces, coupled with a lever action to obtain a large quantity of motion even by a slight volumetric expansion change. CONSTITUTION:When an oil leakage occurs in a pipeline of a petroleum machinery product or connecting parts thereof, oil drips and splashes on rubber pieces 1 from the upper part of a spiral disk 3 via punch holes 4, and the rubber pieces 1 begin to cause volumetric expansion. The movements of rubber pieces 1 restricted by a tapered rubber accommodating vessel 2 are all directed to slipping out toward an upper opening and pushing the spiral disk 3 upward. Although the outer peripheral part of the spiral disk 3 is fixed, since a spiral hole is formed, the spiral disk 3 expands upward in a spring form, and a central protrusion pushes up a first lever 7. Its movement is slightly expanded and pushes up a second lever 8. The second lever 8 further enlarges its action to push up a contact plate 10 and opens a contact part 14 to emit signals for stopping the operation of an electronic control part and warn of the oil leakage. |
