PURPOSE:To improve the application to the general purposes by differing the pressure diameter of a pair of pressure input and output ports related to a primary piston from that of a pair of pressure input and output ports related to a secondary piston and independently making coaxial forth and back action of those cylinders. CONSTITUTION:The pressure input and output ports 101a and 101b of a primary piston 102 and the pressure input and output ports 14a and 15a of a secondary piston 103 are connected to pressure generators 18 and 19, respectively. Both the pistons 102 and 103 are controlled to make forward and backward action 3 independently. Both pistons 102 and 103 make the forward and backward actions by the control of different pressure diameters so that both pistons 102 and 103 can make various compound actions by the control of each of pressure diameters.
