PURPOSE:To guarantee the continuity of data and to improve the throughput by providing delay circuits of a number equivalent to the delay time connected in series to 2nd bypass route and extracting an output from the delay circuit based on the continuity of a flag pattern. CONSTITUTION:In the 2nd bypass route 3, when a flag pattern continuity monitor section 5 recognizes it that delay circuits 41, 42 detect a flag pattern in a reception data 10 consecutively in the 2nd bypass route 3, the monitor section 5 gives an instruction to a switch section 6 to switch the circuit in a way that an output is given from an output terminal of the delay circuit 42 relating to the detection of the final flag pattern. Thus, the reception data is sent to a transmission section in the order of a head bit of the final flag pattern from the delay circuit 42. Thus, in this case, the bypass route is decreased by the delay time of the delay circuit 41.
