PURPOSE:To prevent the paint-out mistakes by controlling the paint-out processing to the picture data reduced by the soft processing without increasing the special circuit parts. CONSTITUTION:A bit map memory 7 which saves the data on the contour bits is divided into two parts. One of these two parts is used as an OR 7a and the other as an exclusive OR (EXOR) 7b. Then the information on both OR 7a and 7b are read out at one time. Therefore the same data are usually read but an overlapping part is erased in the EXOR 7b in case the contour bits overlap with each other. Thus an overlapping part of the contour bits can be discriminated and the paint-out processing can be controlled by setting up a flag, etc. In such a way, the paint-out mistakes can be prevented. |
