PURPOSE:To reduce consumable energy and improve a drive force by connecting a crank pin of a rotary shaft on an input side to a crank pin of a rotary shaft of an output side via a sliding arm rod, an original connecting rod, and a follower connecting rod. CONSTITUTION:When a crank pin 3 of a crank rotary shaft 2 on an input side begins to move, an original connecting rod 9 moves and causes a pivot 8 to slide on a circular locus centered on a shaft rod 6 by means of a sliding arm rod 7. As a result, a crank pin 5 is rotated by a pressing force and a tensile force of a follower connecting rod 10, which causes a crank rotary shaft 4 on an output side to rotate to transmit rotation to a rotary follower shaft. Namely, if the rotation of the crank pin 3 starts moving from a bottom dead point (a), the position moves in the sequence a b c d a, and the rotation of the crank pin 5 of the rotary shaft 4 is transmitted to positions a top dead point a' b' c' d' a'. Repeating the above sequence, the rotation is smoothly transmitted.
