PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of input operations by using plural members set slidably on one and the same axis as input means. CONSTITUTION:An input means 12 contains an arithmetic instruction input part 12a and a numerical value input part 12b. Both parts 12a and 12b include the beams 14 and the spits 16 piercing vertically through the beams 14. These spits 16 pierce through beads 12a6 and 12b6 serving as a 1st slide members and the beads 12a1-12a5 and 12b1-12b5 serving as a 2nd slide members. In this case, the beads 12a6 and 12b6 are provided on the upper part of the beam 14 and other beads 12a1-12b5 are provided at the lower part of the beam 14 and the beads can slide along the spits 16. In such a way, plural slide members are set slidably on the same axis and interlock contacts 301-306 as input means. Thus the input of numerical value is possible in the same method as a Japanese abacus only with the simple up-down movements of fingers. Then the input operation efficiency is improved.
