PURPOSE:To enable better timing replacement of replaceable parts and prevent a non-usable state caused by trouble by a method wherein a hot water supplier is provided with a control part for controlling a heating part for heating water within a hot water accumulation part, a time limitation device for measuring a desired time limit and an informing part for informing a time limit, the informing part may display time of replacement of the parts. CONSTITUTION:An operation time display 16 of an informing device 15 may display a total operating time of a hot water supplier measured by a counting means 20. Replacing parts such as a nozzle 7, an ignition electrode 9, a baffle plate 11, a burner backing 13 and a corrosion preventing electrode 14 etc., are indicated in such a way as a corresponding replacing time display lamp 17 is lit as the replacing time comes with a judging means 22 for judging a predetermined replacing time and a driving means 23 for driving with an acceptance from the judging means 22 so as to inform a user of the necessity of replacing the parts. As regards the parts which may easily affect the life of product not for an operating time, but for the number of operation, the number of operation is displayed in the operating number display 19 through means for measuring a total number of operation and when the replacing time for the replaceable parts comes the corresponding display lamp 18 is lit.
