PURPOSE:To obtain a predetermined quantity of atmospheric air intake and a predetermined quantity of indoor air discharged within a limit value and to perform air conditioning using only circulating air when an atmospheric air pressure more than the allowable value is applied, by providing a damper plate on the lee side of a suction duct, and automatically adjusting the opening degree of the damper in accordance with the atmospheric air pressure thereby to set the allowable pressure value of a buffer. CONSTITUTION:When the atmospheric air pressure becomes high by the action of a buffer 30 provided in a damper plate 31, the damper plate 31 is pushed in the direction of blocking a ventilation opening, and, at the same time, moves toward the direction of blocking an indoor air discharge port 32. An increment of the atmospheric air intake quantity due to the atmospheric air pressure and a decrement of the atmospheric air intake quantity due to the narrowing of the gap, offset each other to keep the atmospheric air intake quantity at a predetermined value. On the other hand, with respect to the discharge of indoor air, since the quantity of indoor air discharged tends to be similarly kept at a predetermined values by the action of the damper plate 31, the balance of the indoor ventilation quantity can be secured as a result. At the time of a strong air flow, when its pressure exceeds the allowable pressure of a buffer 30, the damper plate 31 comes into collision with a stopper 45, and the air flow passage is put into a fully closed state so that the ventilation is suspended, and air conditioning due to only indoor circulating air is conducted.
