PURPOSE:To reduce a loss and to form even a brittle alloy of low m. p. by mixing a flux by forming with pressurizing at the temp. less than the m. p. by admixing the powder of a low m. p. alloy and flux. CONSTITUTION:The powder of a low m.p. alloy with one or more than two among Bi, Pb, Sn, Cd and In as the essential components and a flux are uniformly admixed and formed with pressurizing at the temp. less than the m. p. of the both. The loss is thus reduced more than the method of punching, etc. and even the brittle alloy of low m. p. which was unable to subject to punched forming, etc. can be formed by mixing a flux.
