PURPOSE:To enhance coating quality by eliminating coating irregularity by applying uniform negative potential to an object to be coated, by adhering a non-conductive sheet to the surface mounting the object to be coated of a working table. CONSTITUTION:A main body wherein a marker 14 is mounted to a holder 15 is grasped and a switch 21 on the worker's side is turned ON to apply not only positive potential to a coating agent but also negative potential to a working table 4. By providing a non-conductive sheet 20 on the working table 4, even when an air gap C is interposed between the sheet 10 and an object W to be coated, the sheet 10 functions as the condenser in a potential applying circuit at the area of a nozzle tip 2 and pulsated DC peak voltage obtained by a converter part is relaxed and uniformized. Since negative potential is uniformly applied to the object W to be coated, the coating agent can be uniformly applied to the surface of the object W to be coated without irregularity from the nozzle tip 2 at a separated position.
