PURPOSE:To detect an unprocessed hole without missing the hole, by a method wherein the hole part of a printed board is irradiated with light through a standard hole in a shield plate and a half mirror, and by reflecting reflection light from the unprocessed hole by means of a half mirror, the reflection light is displayed on a display panel. CONSTITUTION:Light emitted from a light source 9 produces parallel light by means of a lens 10, and comes in unprocessed holes 3-1-3-n of an printed board 3 through standard holes 4-1-4-n of a shield plate 4 and a half mirror 5. The light coming in the unprocessed holes 3-1-3-n is absorbed through each hole by a light absorbing body 11. When there is an unprocessed hole, light passing, for example, the standard hole 4-n comes in the unprocessed hole 6 through the half mirror 5, and the light is reflected by a pattern copper foil 8 formed on the printed board 3. The light comes to the half mirror 5 through an incident optical pass to change its reflection optical pass, and the position of the unprocessed hole part 6 is displayed on a display panel 7 surface positioned facing the half mirror. |
