PURPOSE:To improve a service to a customer by fetching successively voice data read at a different timing from plural memory areas of a memory to plural latch circuits, D A converting successively the fetched voice data for guide broadcasting and guide-broadcasting them from a speaker as a voice. CONSTITUTION:Memory areas 130A-130C are provided only for the number of channels to be reproduced on a voice data storing means 130 and the timing read beforehand is specified to plural memory areas 130A-130C. In addition to this, latch circuits 306-308 are provided corresponding to respective memory areas 130A-130C, the voice data read from respective memory areas 130A-130C are transferred and latched to the latch circuits 306-308 for one phoneme piece and the latch data are respectively D A converted and broadcasted with a speaker 300. Thus, for example, the guide to the cab and the guide to the destination can be simultaneously executed in parallel, the service to the customer is improved and the burden to a driver can be decreased.
