PURPOSE:To confirm that an input signal is normally received by compressing a digital voice signal transmitted from a first memory device to a second memory device at every unit time, inserting an index to discriminate the voice signal inputted to a remaining clearance and matching and transmitting it. CONSTITUTION:Digital voice signals 1003 and 2003 transmitted from a first memory device composed of first voice memories 105 and 205 and ID memories 107 and 207 to a second memory device composed of second voice memories 1005 and 2005 and second ID memories 1004 and 2004 are time-compressed at every unit time, and an index to discriminate the voice signal inputted to a remaining clearance is inserted, matched and transmitted. Consequently, the index and the voice signal are separately read from the second memory device, the voice signal is reproduced at a real time and thus, an arbitrary voice signal can be selected out of plural input voice signals. Thus, it can be confirmed that the input signal is received normally.
