PURPOSE:To uniformly and efficiently execute coating by floating a coating liquid to the extent that it becomes a thin film on a medium whose specific gravity is larger than that of this coating liquid, and forming a coating liquid layer. CONSTITUTION:In the case of coating the surface of optical parts with a coating liquid 12, first of all, in a state that the parts 11 are supported by a holder 13, the parts 11 are allowed to pass through a layer of the coating liquid 12 and immersed in a medium 14, as shown in a figure A. Subsequently, the parts 11 are allowed to pass through the layer of the coating liquid 12 again through the holder 13 and drawn up as shown in a figure B. When the parts 11 pass through this coating liquid 12, the coating liquid 12 adheres to the surface of the parts 11. The adhesion quantity of the coating liquid 12 of this time becomes about thickness of the layer of the coating liquid 12, and it is applied uniformly. After the parts have been drawn up, they are dried and the treatment is completed. |
