PURPOSE:To shield an external magnetic field by a simple cooling system by using a 4-element containing material made of two types of elements of copper, oxygen, alkaline earth elements and rare earth elements to exhibit a superconduction at specific high temperature for a coating film of an electronic device. CONSTITUTION:A Ba-Y-Cu-O compound material of one type of 4-element compound made of two types of copper, oxygen, alkaline earth elements and rare earth elements exhibits a superconduction at high temperature of 77 deg.K or higher. Accordingly, the superconduction is easily exhibited by a simple cooling system in which liquid nitrogen 5 is contained in a vessel 4 and vaporized gas is reliquified by an expansion machine 10, and a Ba-Y-Cu-O compound film 3 prevents an external magnetic field from invading into the vessel. Thus, it can completely shield the device 1 having a circuit weak for the magnetic field, such as a Josephson element 13 of Ba-Y-Cu-O compound against the magnetic field of a magnetic unit 100.
