PURPOSE:To hold a high heat-resistance even in a high-speed or high-thermal energy recording and to enhance a dynamical strength, by a method wherein, a composite substrate is provided with a polymer layer or polymer composition layer which is higher in heat-resistance than a polymer film and formed on one surface of the polymer film, and a coloring material layer is formed on one surface of the composite substrate and a conductive and resistant layer is formed on the other surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A composite substrate 3 is provided with a polymer layer or polymer composition layer 2 which is higher in heat-resistance than a polymer film 1 and formed on at least one surface of the polymer film 1. A coloring material layer 5 is formed on one surface of the composite substrate 3, and a conductive and resistant layer 4 is formed on the other surface thereof. In this construction, if the polymer film 1 melts due to the heat generation of the conductive and resistant layer 4, the provision of the high-resistant polymer layer or polymer composition layer 2 on either or both of the surfaces of the polymer film 1 would hold the heat-resistance and the dynamical strength. As a result, a transfer material for thermal transfer recording keeping the high heat-resistance even in a high-speed or high thermal energy recording and having a high dynamical strength can be obtained. |
