PURPOSE:To efficiently utilize power and to reduce the weight of a whole power system by employing as the conductor of a power equipment placed in a space missile a superconductor made of a ceramic superconductor material having a specific composition. CONSTITUTION:A superconductor made of ceramic superconductor material having a composition represented by a formula AaBbCc is used as the conductor of power equipments 5, 7 in a space, and the equipments 5, 7 are externally coated with paint 9 for reflecting an incident light. In the formula, A is one type of element selected from group Ia, IIa, and IIIa elements, B is one type of element selected from group Ib, IIb and IIIb, and C is one type of element selected from oxygen, fluorine, sulfur, carbon and nitrogen. Thus, since the surfaces of the equipments 5, 7 are externally coated with the paint 9 for reflecting the light to suppress the temperature rise of the superconductor to the critical temperature or lower of the superconductor having a relatively high critical temperature, the constitution of a space power system can be simplified. |
