<p>PURPOSE:To select an equipment within a short time and to make an operation panel compact by pressing a touch board, displaying and moving a cursor to position it on a symbol of a selecting equipment and depressing the same position again to select the equipment. CONSTITUTION:A picture selecting switch 12f on a keyboard operation panel is firstly operated to display a required process flow picture 11a on a CRT display device 11. Then, the touch board 12h is depressed to display the cursor near the symbol of the equipment to be selected. In order to move the displayed cursor in the direction of the symbol of the equipment to be selected, the touch board 12h is moved in the direction while depressing it. When the cursor reaches the position, a finger is once released from the position at the position and then the position is depressed again to select the equipment of the symbol displayed by the cursor and to start flicker display. The selection of the process equipment is completed by said operation, and when a required control switch required by a master switch 12d is depressed, a control signal is outputted to the process equipment.</p> |
