<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a spin welding member which bears even heavy screw clamp through an easy welding, by a method wherein a flange part and pillarlike part of the spin welding member fitting in the spin welding mechine are formed respectively of resin which are different from each other. CONSTITUTION:A flange part 21 of a spin welding member 20 fitting to a spin welding machine 6 is molded unitarily with synthetic resin having the quality of the material whose degree of melting is high. Then a pillarlike part 25 existing on the central part of the same flange part 21 and covering the flange part 21 is molded internally with synthetic resin having the quality of the material of high hardness. The spin welding member 20 is formed of the synthetic resin of two different qualities of materials by combining with each other. Spin welding of the spin welding member 20 to a plane A of a base plate 5 is performed by fitting the spin welding member 20 to the spin welding machine 6. As the flange part 21 is molded of a synthetic resin having a quality of high melting degree, it is melted easily and welded to the above plane A. As the pillarlike part 25 is molded of a synthetic resin having a quality whose hardness is high, it withstands even heavy screw clamp.</p> |
