PURPOSE:To prevent the deteriorating of a transmission characteristic by adding a multipass detecting code to a re-sending request signal to transmit only when a transmission error occurs. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting side sends a packet, the packet arrives at a receiving station unerroneously, then, a receiving side returns an ACK. When the error exists, an NAK (re-sending request) with a multipass inspecting code is returned and the bass station re-sends the reversely corrected packet. The multipass inspecting code may be a code with a high self-orthogonality and an M series, a Gold series, an E series, etc., can be used. Especially, by preserving equally the frequency of the antenna and up-down link of a slave station for a master station, the multipass structure of the up-down link is made completely equal then, the action of the reverse correction becomes further larger. Thus, the transmission error is reduced and a transmission efficiency is improved.
