PURPOSE:To make it possible to associate the throttling control by a throttle with the slip restraining control by a brake by providing a clutch driven by a motor, between an accelerator pulley and a throttle pulley. CONSTITUTION:An accelerator pulley 5 has an output shaft 6A attached with a rotating angle detector 15 and a rotary shaft 6B coupled with a first clutch disc 7A in a clutch assembly 7 composed of first to third clutch discs 7A through 7C. Both second and third clutch discs 7B, 7C are coupled to the rotary shaft 8B of a throttle pulley 9. The output shaft 14 of a drive motor 13 is coupled to the third clutch disc 7C. The throttle pulley 9 is coupled to a throttle valve 12 through the intermediary of a throttle wire 10.
