PURPOSE:To obtain the titled preparation to be well attached to mucosa of oral cavity or gum and to quantitatively release a drug for a long period, containing pullulan and a medicinal compound as essential components. CONSTITUTION:A pharmaceutical preparation for oral cavity administration containing pullulan and a medicinal component, preferably lysozyme chloride, sodium azulenesulfonate, buspirone, isosorbide dinitrate or tranexamic acid as essential components. When the preparation is administered to oral cavity, the preparation is well attached to mucosa of oral cavity or gum, has no feeling of physical disorder and is readily usable. The medicinal effects is rapidly absorbed from mucosa of oral cavity and the preparation maintains stable blood concentration for a long time. |
