PURPOSE:To test printed substrates to be inspected in respective storage boxes without any error and to securely decide whether or not they are normal by selecting a desired program among function diagnosing programs by using set information in a storage part and diagnosing the printed boards to be inspected. CONSTITUTION:When information on the kind, quantity, etc., of the printed boards to be tested is inputted, an operation part 1 consisting of a computer selects and sends out a printed board function diagnosing program according to the information. Plural printed boards which have various functions are stored in the storage boxes 2a, 2b...2n by kinds and set information showing what kind of functions and how many printed boards are stored is stored in storage parts 3a, 3b...3n. The operation part 1 and storage boxes 2a, 2b...2n are arranged at constant distances and connected mutually by a transmission line 5. Then the set information is read out of the storage parts 3a, 3b...3n before the function diagnosing program is sent out, and a test is conducted according to the set information. |
