PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid jet recording head sufficient in durability with raised reliability, by providing a substrate and a resin setting film layer for forming a groove to serve as at least a liquid passage. CONSTITUTION:A liquid jet recording head is composed of a substrate 1, a resin setting film 3H processed by patterning to a specific form installed thereon, and a cover 7 laminated further thereon. Then, an orifice 9 for discharging recording liquid, liquid passages 6-2, which is interconnected to the orifice 9, having parts where energy for discharging recording liquid acts on the recording liquid, and liquid chambers 6-1 for reserving the recording liquid to be supplied to the liquid passages 6-2 are formed. Further, a supply tube 10 for providing the recording liquid to the liquid chambers 6-1 from the outside of the recording head is connected to a through hole 8. |
