PURPOSE:To form a skin without any wrinkle and breakage and having good appearence and touch, by supplying a molten resin for a core material between a skin material and one of the molds for molding the core material by using a pair of molds for molding the core material and molding integrally the skin material and the core material. CONSTITUTION:A powder resin composition 11 is put in a container 1 and after a mold 2 is tightly brought into contact and integrally fixed with an outer frame, the powder 11 is supplied in the mold 2 and thereby adhered on the molding surface of the mold having a recessed and projected uneven shape. Then, the mold 2 is taken out and a skin material 12 is prepared by cooling and solidifying. The mold 2 for powder molding is transferred to a core molding stage and set with a mold base 3 in a body to prepare a bottom force 4 for molding a core material. Then the bottom force 4 for molding the core material is elevated and after the molds 4 and 5 are closed, a molten resin for the core material is therein supplied and the molding of the resin for the core material is completed to obtain a laminated body 15 integrally molded with the skin material 12.
