<p>PURPOSE:To remove the irregularity in performance characteristics by a method wherein the upper surface of the center part of a permanent magnet is integrally formed with the lower surface of the connecting part of a movable iron core, and both tip surfaces thereof are arranged opposing to the magnetic pole parts 11 and 12 with a gap provided between them. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 2 has a tabular shape part, with which positioning work can be conducted, between magnetic pole parts 11 and 12 of an iron core 1, both tip faces are arranged opposing to the magnetic pole parts 11 and 12 respectively with a gap provided between them. A movable iron piece 3 is formed by bridging a connecting part 33 between the opposing side face sections 31 and 32, and the lower surface of the connecting part 35 is integrally formed with the upper surface of the center part of the permanent magnet 2. As the movable iron core and the permanent magnet are formed into one body, no looseness is generated between them, and their functional characteristics can be made uniform.</p> |
