<p>PURPOSE:To lead in an optical fiber cable into a pipe of an overhead ground wire by a small tension, by applying a pressing-in force being smaller than a frictional force to the inside peripheral surface of the pipe of the overhead ground wire, to the optical fiber cable. CONSTITUTION:First of all, a torque motor of a pressing-in machine 20 is operated by operating an operating board 35 on a ground side, and a driving roller is driven to rotate. In this case, a driving voltage of the torque motor is set to an optical fiber cable 9 to be replaced, so that a smaller pressing-in force is applied to an optical fiber cable 13 than a frictional force applied to the inside peripheral surface of an aluminum pipe. Therefore, since the torque motor is locked in a state that a torque has been generated, a new cable 13 is held in a state that a prescribed pressing-in force has been applied. Subsequently, by operating a traction device 8, the cable 9 is drawn, while pinching and pressing it by a pair of endless belts. Accordingly, the cable 9 is drawn out of the aluminum pipe and wound to a winding drum 10, and the new cable 13 is fed out of a feed-out drum 12 and drawn into the aluminum pipe.</p> |
