PURPOSE:To carry out fully automatically lamination of a composite material, by transferring a sheet to a position where it is dropped on a mold, cutting it, molding it under pressure by using a press mold for sheet molding and then lowering the next sheet. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg sheet 56 sucked on a surface plate 35 of a bed is press-cut by means of a sheet cutting knife 12 attached on the lower face of an elevating and lowering plate 11 and sucked by means of a sheet sucking plate 41 after cutting and transferred, and the cut sheet is inserted in a hole 49 on a mold 22. Then, the elevating and lowering plate 11 is lowered and the prepreg sheet 56 is press-cut by means of a sheet cutting knife 12. The cut sheet on the mold 22 is molded under pressure by means of a press mold 13 for molding formed with an elastic body. Then, after cutting and press- molding of the prepreg sheet 56, the elevating and lowering plate 11 is returned to a stand-by position. |
