PURPOSE:To reduce man-hours for wiring and to improve the beautiful appearance and reliability, etc., of a device by leading an address signal for sensor specification to an address bus and sending an indication to a sensor so that its sensor element sends out a detection element when the sensor is specified. CONSTITUTION:Light emitted by a light emitting diode 1 is received by a photodiode 3. A light beam 2 is cut off by a body 5 to be detected which moves as shown by an arrow and becomes a body detection signal. A sensor 9 is supplied with a power source input +V and grounded G. The address bus AB consists of four lines and leads a sensor select signal to an address decoder 11. Then the output signal of the address decoder 11 becomes the control signal of a bus driver 12, which determines whether or not the output signal of the photodiode 3, i.e. body detection signal is outputted to a data line DL according to the control signal. |
