<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate a counter measure to abnormality, etc., in the shortest time by providing an entering and leaving room detector in a central operation room so as to decide the absence of an operator and automatically informing a receiver carried with the said operator. CONSTITUTION:The operator 1 is made to always carry the receiver 16 installing a transmission function with him and whether the operator 1 is in the central operation room 2 or not is decided according to the position or the strength of an outgoing signal from the receiver 16. When an absence signal 5 is outputted from an absence decision device 4 and at the same time a light fault signal 10 from a state decision device 7 or a hand-operation request signal 14 from a controller 9 is outputted, the transmitter 15 in an information device 11 outputs an information signal 17 to the receiver 16 which the operator 1 carries in the information 11. Thus, the operator 1 knows that he is called and returns to the central operation room 2 in order to properly execute a necessary operation.</p> |
