<p>PURPOSE:To enable a high frequency induction quenching coil without roughening of non-quenching face by constituting the coil in such a manner that currents flow in the opposite directions to each other in the respective connecting conductors which are brought into close contact with the faces to be quenched on two works. CONSTITUTION:First - fourth conductors 11-14 arranged as facing to the quenching faces in the two works, which are brought into close contact, are connected with first - fourth connecting conductors 21-24 respectively. A first current supplying body 111 is connected with one end of the first conductor and a second current supplying body 241 is connected with one end of the fourth connecting conductor 24. In the high frequency induction quenching coil having this constitution, the contact faces of two works are faced to space between the first connecting conductor 21 and the third connecting conductor 23, and the current is conducted in the coil. Then, in the first connecting conductor 21 and third connecting conductor 23, the currents to the same direction are conducted and in the second connecting conductor 22 and the fourth connecting conductors 24, the currents to the reverse direction to the above two conductors 21, 23 are conducted. Therefore, spark does not happen between contact faces of the works, and the roughening of non-quenching face can be prevented.</p> |
