PURPOSE:To mold without any adherence of a stock solution on the outer part of a skin material, by setting a sprue prepared by a separate process in advance in a hole set on the skin material and then pouring a polyurethane foaming stock solution to carry out a foam molding. CONSTITUTION:After a sprue A is inserted in a hole set on the surface of a hollow skin 5, the hollow skin 5 is set in a foaming mold 6, which is a pair of split molds, and is adhered under pressure on the inner face of a cavity by blowing air therein. Then, an apex part 8 of a pouring head 7 for a polyurethane foaming stock solution is erought into contact under pressure on the mouth of the sprue and the foaming stock solution is poured therein. After pouring, a proper part of the pipe part of the sprue is pressed by means of a pouring clamp, which is not shown in the figure, to tightly seal so as not to leak the foamed foam and foam molding is carried out. After cooling, the mold is taken apart and the sprue A is pulled out to obtain a polyurethane foam internal trim material molded integrally with skin. |
