PURPOSE:To contrive improvement in working efficiency by reducing damage on a forming surface of a cavity of a molding mold, by forming a specific ceramic layer on a part forming the cavity of the molding mold. CONSTITUTION:A cavity surface 2a of a mold is formed of a ceramic member 10. The surface of the ceramic member 10 is coated further with a film layer 10b made of ceramic. Therefore, even if a fine hole is formed on the surface of a base material 10a due to a pore existing within a sintered body of the ceramics, the fine hole is clogged with the film layer 10b and a smooth surface is always obtained. At the time of exchange of stampers, damage is little even if a jig collides with the surface. Frequency of maintenance work of the mold can be reduced drastically. |
