PURPOSE:To prevent the absence of plating and the failure of selectivity by partially coating the display part of panel glass with a resist, carrying out catalyzing, removing the resist and successively forming a nickel alloy layer and a gold layer by electroless plating. CONSTITUTION:The display part of panel glass having an electrically conductive transparent film is partially coated with a positive resist. After the resist is subjected to a photo process, catalyzing is carried out. The resist is then incinerated with a plasma reactor, pretreatment such as degreasing is carried out and a nickel alloy layer and a gold layer are successively formed by electroless plating. Thus, problems such as the absence of plating and the failure of selectivity are solved and the electrically conductive transparent film is patterned by partial plating. |
