PURPOSE:To reduce volume resistivity of a photosensitive body and to enhance mobility of charge carriers by incorporating an electron attractive substance in the photosensitive body which executes exposure and development at the same time and forms a visible image. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive body is prepared by vapor depositing indium tin oxide ITO 3 on a polyethylene terephthalate supporting body 4, and laminating on this ITO layer a photosensitive layer made of a mixture of a binder resin 2, such as polyvinyl pyridine, containing the electron attractive substance, such as tetracyanoethylene, 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane, or chloranil, and a photoconductor 1, such as Cu-phthalocyanine, thus permitting charge carrier mobility to be enhanced by the presence of the electron attractive substance, and a ratio of attached toner density in the light exposed area to that in the light nonexposed area to be sufficiently magnified in forming a toner image. |
