PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and the weight and to facilitate assem bling work, in a pneumatic tire wheel having a splittable core, by specifying the relation between outer diameter of the core, width of reinforcing belt at tread section, peripheral length of inner circumferential face at side wall section, cross-sectional height of the inner face of tire, inner diameter of tire and split ting number of the core. CONSTITUTION:When a core 3 is splitted into (n) sections, (n) is set to a mini mum integer so as to establish a formula I(here, k is 0.97.) between outer diame ter G of the core 3, width W of reinforcing belt 10 at tire tread section, periph eral length P of inner face of tire at side wall section 2a, cross-sectional height H of the inner face of tire at the side wall section 2a and outer diameter D of tire. By such arrangement, splitting number of core can be minimized, resulting in reduction of weight and facilitation of assembling work.
