PURPOSE:To find out a subscriber's circuit in which a fault occurs and to easily switch to a subscriber's circuit for relief by providing the subscriber's circuit for relief having a same function as the subscriber's circuit between a testing link and the main switch of an exchange. CONSTITUTION:The line wire side of the subscriber's circuit SLC for relief having the same function as the general subscriber's circuit is connected to a side where the subscriber testing device LTE of an analog testing link LTL is housed and another main switch side is connected to the main switch as well as the general subscriber's circuit LC. When the fault occurs in the general subscriber's circuit LC, the subscriber's circuit SLC for relief is connected from the LC through the LTL and substituted for the function of the subscriber's circuit LC where the fault occurs so as to execute an outgoing call and the connection of an incoming call for the faulty subscriber. Thus, the faulty subscriber's circuit LC can be very easily switched to the subscriber's circuit SLC for relief with the same control as that of the general LC actions without necessitating any new control.
