PURPOSE:To seek to make the area of the entire nozzle hole in a suction part variable by providing two nozzle valves to be inserted concentrically in the nozzle body end forming a needle in an inside valve in an object which forms a cup-shaped cup part, in a body, at the lower end of the nozzle body. CONSTITUTION:A fuel injection valve is equipped with a cup-shaped suck part 11 at the central lower end of a nozzle body 10 and partitions a suction part space which is supplied with fuel and forms plural nozzle holes 14, 14a at the side wall 13 of the suction part 11. This suction part 11 and the nozzle body 10 are formed in a body through a taper-shaped seat part 15. In this case, a cylindrical first nozzle valve 20 is inserted freely in vertical operation inside the nozzle body 10 and inside of it is inserted, freely in vertical operation, a second nozzle valve 40 which is provided with a needle 41 at the lower end. The second nozzle valve 40 is made possible to seat on a taper face 32 inside the first nozzle valve 20 and the needle 41 is provided with a kerf 43 at a position opposed to the specified nozzle hole 14a.
