PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the operation of a clamping means, by enabling a clamper to be lifted or lowered by utilizing the travel stroke of an operating member in a forward/backward direction as a driving source. CONSTITUTION:In a normal operation, the operation control pin 31b of a lock lever 31 is engaged with the locking part 50a of an operation control cam groove 50, and also, power transmission pins 31a are combined so as to be arranged in the stroke of the travel of the operating member 10 in the forward/ backward direction. When the operating member 10 is moved in a housing direction, a clamper start up cam part 30 is abutted with the lock lever 31 in the movement of the stroke, and the lock lever 31 is turned, and the locking of the movement in a protrusive housing direction is released. In such a way, it is possible to heighten the reliability of the operation of the clamping means remarkably.
