PURPOSE:To easily remove from a mold a flexible synthetic resin molded article having a turndown by a method wherein a pin is engaged with and held to the cavity mold side of a surplus fill part space, which connects to the turndown. CONSTITUTION:After a pin 26 is inserted in a pin hole 24, molds are closed and molten synthetic resin is poured in the cavity 21 of the molds. The head part of the pin 26 is wrapped around by the synthetic resin which flows in a surplus fill part space 22 so as to make the pin 26 and the surplus fill part 28 into an integrated body. When the molds are opened, the pin 26 moves together with a cavity mold 20, resulting in pulling a turndown 30 through the surplus fill part 28 towards the surplus fill part 28 and easily releasing the turndown 30 from the molds.
