PURPOSE:To decrease the variation in coke combustion time, and to seek energy conservation and the stabilization and improvement in coke quality grade in coke oven, by providing the titled system where measured and aimed flue temperatures are made coincide in terms of real time. CONSTITUTION:Using an operation circuit 21, the deviation between aimed flue temperature and measured one is calculated. The former temperature is set based on the operating efficiency of a coke oven, change parameters and elapsed time after the charge ti. The latter temperature is a value; Qfmj determined through a flue thermometer 17. From said deviation, opening degree of the gas cock 15 and that of the waist value 16 in each carbonizing chamber 11 are calculated, the resulting values: DELTABj and DELTAWj being outputted to an opening degree setting device 22, from which opening-and-closing signals (pulse signals) are sent to opening degree regulators 23, 24 until the measured flue temperature coincides with the aimed one, thus controlling the combustion in the coke oven. |
