PURPOSE:To improve the development efficiency, the maintainability, and the portability of the whole of a system by preparing a dictionary access means independent of a natural language processing means and separating the dictionary access processing from the natural language processing and transmitting and receiving desired information by communication between both processing means. CONSTITUTION:A selected actual dictionary key generating device group 21 generates a pair of an actual dictionary name 2c to be accessed and an actual key 2d for each actual dictionary key generating device and transfers them to an actual dictionary access device 22, that is, the actual dictionary key generating device group 21 has the device group having interface. The actual dictionary access device 22 successively obtains a record (group) 2e of a corresponding actual dictionary in accordance with the pair of the actual dictionary name 2c and the actual key 2d and transfers this record to a preliminarily selected logical dictionary generating device group 23. The logical dictionary generating device generates a record group 2f of a logical dictionary and returns it to a natural language processing part 1. That is, the logical dictionary generating device group is the device group having unified interface. Thus, the design efficiency and the maintainability are improved.
