PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary to execute an operation processing of an unnecessary multi-bit in a subordinate machine kind, and to reduce a hardware by executing a compilation by using two storage means. CONSTITUTION:The titled controller is provided with the first storage means (memory cartridge) 12 in which a program of a host function has been stored, an arithmetic means for compiling a program of a host machine kind to a subordinate machine kind use program, and the second storage means (data memory) 4 in which the program of the subordinate machine kind is stored, and by which an operation is executed, based on its program. In such a way, two storage means 12, 4 are provided, and based on the storage contents of one storage means, the operation, etc., are executed, therefore, when the storage contents of the other are being executed, a compilation and rewriting can be executed. In such a way, a hardware can be reduced.
