PURPOSE:To obtain the titled structure, consisting of an adhesive layer on one side of plastic film and top.coat layer consisting of a specific liquid composition on the other side, highly improved dimensional stability and antifungal and rust preventing properties and useful for decorating vehicles, etc. CONSTITUTION:The aimed structure having an adhesive marking.film layer consisting of a thermoplastic film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided in contact with one surface thereof thereon and a top.coat layer, formed from a liquid composition consisting of (A) a crosslinkable fluorine-containing copolymer having 5,000-40,000 number-average molecular weight, 30-150 hydroxyl value and 3-40 acid value, (B) a polyfunctional isocyanate compound and (C) an organic solvent and provided in contact with the other surface of the above-mentioned film thereon and having 0.5-7kg/mm<2> yield stress. Furthermore, the component (A) contains (i) a polyfluoroalkyl group-containing vinyl monomer, (ii) a vinyl monomer and (ii) an aliphatic vinyl monomer.
